Do you charge for travel expenses?
New York, New Jersey, PA and Connecticut - If the event venue is more than 40 miles away from Zip Code 07410 a travel fee may apply.
What information do you need in order to prepare a contract?
We will need the following information:
- Date of the event
- Location of the event (exact address)
- Type of ensemble
- Start and End time for the group
- First and Last Name
- Best number where we can reach you
Can I pick the musicians that will be performing at my event?
As a music agency, our musicians are subject to availability.
Is there a place where I can see you perform live?
Most of the events we perform at, are private. But we have plenty of audio and video samples that you can check out on our website.
Our event will be held outside. Do you have any requirements?
Please keep in mind we are using classical acoustic instruments. Make sure that there is a shade over the place you would like us to play. Please discuss this with your venue, they are familiar with that request. In case of a rain we would need to suspend the music unless we are playing under an umbrella or any place where water can’t get to our instruments. The musicians would not perform outside if the temperature is under 65F.
How many songs do we need to choose for the ceremony?
You will need to choose three songs for the ceremony - Processional (bridal party, parents, flower girls, etc.), Brides Entrance, & Recessional (when everybody exits)
What time will the group arrive at the venue?
The group will arrive 30-45 minutes before they have to start playing, depending on the the venue and the set-up required.
Do you offer an amplification?
Yes, we can provide amplification for an additional cost. Currently only available in NY/NJ/PA/CT.
How much time do you need to set up?
10-15 minutes.
What is your performance attire?
All black. Other choices available upon request.
I want to request a special song to be played at the wedding ceremony. Can you do that?
Yes - we are happy to learn and arrange any ONE special request song, even if it is not in our or the standard repertoire.
What ensemble groups do you provide?
- Solo: Violin/ Cello.
- Duo: 2 Violins, Violin & Cello or any String instrument & Piano/Keyboard.
- String Trio: Two violins and cello or violin, viola and cello.
- String Quartet: Two violins, viola, and cello.
- String Quintet: a string quartet with the addition of a double bass.
- Large size Violin ensemble (up to 12 musicians).
